The Key
A single impossible key.
Its ornate metallic body surrounds what appears to be a captured galaxy, while traces of cosmic energy spill from the object itself.
If this artifact existed somewhere in the known universe, there would be only one question that mattered:
What does it unlock?
It looks ancient, technological, celestial, and completely out of place at the same time—as though it was created for a lock that does not belong to any ordinary door.
Perhaps it is simply a key.
Perhaps it is the key to the universe.
ABOUT PROJECT 10,000
Project 10,000 is a conceptual art project built one artifact at a time. Each artifact represents one distinct object, idea, or discovery within an expanding series of digital artwork.
The objects may appear ancient, futuristic, natural, mechanical, extraterrestrial, ordinary, or completely unexplained.
